Our beginner classes are perfect for those new to Track & Field. Learn the fundamentals, basic techniques, and build a solid foundation in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Advanced Training

Take your T&F skills to next level with our advanced training programs. Refine your techniques, get stronger, and push your limits in a challenging and competitive environment.

Raise the Bar Track and Field Club

Raise the Bar T&F Club is a year round club that trains 2-4x a week. RTB Club athletes will compete at the local, regional, and national level.

Weight Training

It is weight training for ANY sport at Wooster HS.
The current schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:30-5:00 -or- 5:00-6:30
